I'm thinking if I should blog about this.
And now I'm going to write and post it up at innit.
My Philipine intern who is suppose to come tomorrow emailed me and told me if I can help her to check whether the her flight tomorrow to Malaysia will be cancel or not since there will be typhoon in Philipines tonight.
She told me that Air Asia do not have any land lines/office in Philipines. So, she couldn't call them.
Hence, I called the customer service in Malaysia. They have the worst service ever as the operator nag a lot. They don't get to the main point like others customer service do. It took 5 minutes for me to get to the operator and the best part is when they replied me with "Sorry, our customer service operator is busy. Please try again later".
I've called for 6 times and spent 30 minutes and eventually got nothing. Oh man, they seriously need to do something about it especially when they call themself "best low-cost airline"
