Over the weekend.

Had the most interesting weekend so far last week this year. Met up with bff last friday and chatted till 1am. Went home and couldn't sleep till 5am. fml. I will never drink tea/coffee at night anymore especially when the following day is a working day!
I have so many internship stories to tell !
Had dinner at the pizza place at Oakland.

The happening weekend.

It started with a small farewell at Station 1. With lotsa screaming and laughing.

Followed by working very hard for two days. I think working at a place that I often go is a bad thing. I have to say hi to everyone when I'm there. I think I should stop going to the place for a while till everyone forget who I am. Blehh.
Woke up very early the next day to go market, followed by karaoke and steamboat party!

Guess what? This group of people will be going to Cameron next week! No more pd-annual-trip.

I think I had not enough sleep because I woke up with 2 ulcer. fml. But, I managed to drag myself to jj at 10am  the next day to meet the classmates.

Came home with a tired body and slept for 12 hrs straight. Wye Lyng laughed at me when I was picking prawn at tesco. We both laughed at ourselves when we said 'Okay, let's go home and cook dinner'. We sound so old. FOL.

Have to stop right now before my mom start yelling at me as she's waiting for me to help her clean the pouch. grr.. 

Of alcohols and country presentation

Had country presentation by the red interns on monday and tuesday.

The main purpose of country presentation is to get to know their country better.

I didnt stay long on the first day but I'm glad that I made it yesterday night.

We had finnish food and drinks (including alcohol). :)

Meri was pouring the finnish drink for all of us. It tasted like chocolate with a little bit of mint and alcohol inside. Not bad though.

Then, ginger biscuit from Finland also.
Meri taught us the traditional finnish dance and Hyun Mi taught us the modern korean dance. It was pretty fun :)
Sharing session (the Canadian style- if I'm not mistaken). The trick is pass the alcohol by using your left hand and you can only hold it with your left hand. After you talk, you can choose to drink or just pass it to the person next to you. After you pass it to the person next to you, both of you need to shout "huaaahh!". But never pass it using your right hand because you will have to drink the whole bottle if you do so. Good news for alcoholic huh ?

We also had a suprise birthday celebration for our intern from Sweden.

It should be a perfect plan.

Last friday was Wai Hong's birthday and we had dinner with him at kensington after the movie.
Hao Tim and I came up with a plan- a perfect one.
First, we told everyone that this green apple donut below is his 21st birthday cake and everyone believed us. We sang birthday song and he blew the candles before dinner.Nobody suspect anything YET.

After the dinner, I told Hao Tim to bring out the cake. As usual, Hao Tim went and told the waiter that it was the right time to bring out the cake.
After a few minutes, the both of us were wondering what took the waiter so long. I mean..he just need to bring out the cake and light the candles right ?
Not until the waiter came to us and asked "Which one is your cake ?the big one or small one ?"

It was suppose to be a perfect plan. Everyone was laughing because they really dont know the existence of the 2nd cake and the waiter.
Never go kensington for suprise birthday celebration. Never.

A day of many events.

We started of the day by baking. Michelle, kai jia,shu kien and I met at Baker's Mall to get the ingredient for our muffins.

Apple muffins on your left and Banana Chocolate chip muffins on your right.

The birthday cake. We placed 20 muffins together and lid 20 candles.

We proceed with BBQ at night. This is suppose to be a post christmas+pre-new year+Poow's 20th birthday+ ACS's reunion party.

Guess what are they doing ?

Girls Night Out 13093008

It was Ms.Soong's idea. The girl who gave up clubbing sacrifice her time for my birthday celebration. Hmmm..I'll remember..I'll remember...

I don't remember when was the last time we had GNO together. Yesterday night was fun and we couldn't stop talking as we have lots of story to tell. Caryn, cepat-cepat come back so that we can hang-out together ! *smile*
Can see my-semakin-kembang face?hahaha..o m g ! I seriously need to do something during my mid-sem break.
After kena jeling by the staff there, we finally lefted Kensington.
Since we didn't get to take any picture at Kensington, we ended up taking pictures at Era Square. ahaha..You all shouldn't laugh at us because you guys did the same thing before. Remember the year 2006/2007 countdown ?

Last but not least.

I do appreciate it very much.
I'm very happy and I think that we should go out more often..
